Use Rights. Use of www.ePropertyPrice.com (hereafter referred to as "website") requires that all users do so AFTER reading this notice page. Use of the site is always subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and such use shall be deemed consent and agreement with these terms and conditions. All users are advised to review the notice page each time they access the site and use its services, since the terms and conditions governing such use are subject to change without notice. Please do not use the website if you do not agree with these terms and conditions. Users are not granted any access rights in perpetuity.

Privacy Terms. The website collects information provided by users in order to help them make contact with real estate property experts in order to secure an estimate or approximately of a particular property's current market value by means of an Automated Valuation Model (AVM). The information we gather will not be shared or sold to other entities without the consent of the user.

Users who request property pricing will not be contacted by any real estate sales people unless the user specifically consents to such assistance in response to the emails sent out by us or as a result of telephone consent after speaking with our Service Team personnel. A member of our Service Team may contact the user by telephone to discuss their needs and to determine if they would like local assistance in pricing a particular property. We may contact real estate professionals to discuss affiliation with ePropertyPrice.com and the e-Partner National Relocation and Brokerage Services Network.

Property Pricing Estimate. What is a property worth? This is a complicated question and its answer is just as complex. Property values are determined by a mix of timing, interest rates, age of property, type of property, location of property, features of the property, local market conditions and host of other factors. Given this, users are advised that it is not possible to price a property electronically with absolute accuracy, that is, without actually knowing the area, inspecting the property and its features and many other local factors influencing property values. Our team will attempt to assist you with estimates or approximation based upon recent sales in a geographic area around or near the property you submit to us. User understand that property value estimates are not necessarily what consumer might pay for a property or the value an expert appraiser or real estate professional would place on the property.
